"The Face," hosted by photographer Nigel Barker, features supermodel coaches Naomi Campbell, Karolina Kurkova and Coco Rocha as they compete to find the face of ULTA Beauty, one of the fastest growing beauty retailers in the United States. The series will give viewers access inside the world of the industry as three teams of aspiring models, each led by one of the supermodel coaches, are guided through real life assignments, including photo shoots and commercials. "The Face" is produced by Shine America with Elisabeth Murdoch, Eden Gaha, Paul Franklin, Andrew Frank and Naomi Campbell serving as executive producers.

This show seems to have promise. The premier was entertaining, though the Naomi/Coco/Karolina moments seem quite scripted. I'll continue to watch.
This is going to be great, especially with three top supermodels who have a lot to say but have actually made it really big!!
I really like it already! I love that its different to Top Model because the Supermodels mentor the girls throughout the whole show instead of just judging their final photo.
