Amazing show!

I didn't watch this when it aired, I saw the first 2 eps on the Dexter DVD ... from there I was hooked! I just watched all of Season 2 in one weekend, and it was better than the first. Showtime has a gem, and I hope they don't let it fade ... this is easily the best show on TV. Very well written, and the characters are amazing. I can't wait for Season 3 ... please Showtime, don't let this show go!!!!

if only there were more shows like this...

i bought season two and watched the whole thing in one weekend. it's so well done, not overly slick and obnoxious like the sopranos, and not hollow and repetitive like all those crime/ lawyer/detective shows. it's very life-like which makes it alluring and it's also telling a unique story which makes it fascinating. there is so much to appreciate here, i recommend getting both seasons and watching all the episodes. if you haven't seen it yet, i envy you because you are in for some top-shelf viewing pleasure.

Great acting, great show

I started watching at the end of season 2 and was quickly engrossed in the storyline. I went back and downloaded the 1st season and then watched the 2nd on demand, just in the last 1 1/2 months. This show is addictive-and I am not a tv watcher. Give it a shot, see if you don't become addicted as well. The cast is superb, the stories are tough, well written. Best show on tv.
