I’m frequency flyer,I used to fly MU5005from Putong Apt to Taipei inflight meal was so bad,only have three dry rice all or three 小包子.Could we suggest provide Western dessert food
會員莫名被清零
疫情後我的會員莫名的無法累積行程、因為是台胞、英文拼音輸入不同。每次買票用的台式拼音、ㄧ到機場櫃檯取票就變中式拼音。 打了幾次電話、親自跑去會員櫃檯問都處理不了。
差勁
最糟體驗、糟糕透頂的航空公司，下一次絕對不會再次選擇此航空公司。行李忘了送回台灣還需要三番兩次打電話去追討才願意給予答覆，裏頭有重要藥品，真的是太糟糕了。
