The Boxing iTimer app is a very popular interval timer on the AppStore!
Use it for boxing training, MMA, HIIT, Tabata, Yoga, Sparring, CrossFit, or any other sport requiring rounds or intervals.
Main features: simplicity, just enough configurations, works from background and with a locked phone, can listen to iPod music simultaneously.

- Customizable round ending notice
- The screen never goes dimmed by itself. You can always see the status. Or you can go to any other app or lock your phone
- Works in the background and in a locked device.
- You can listen to iPod music and run Boxing iTimer at the same time
- The Progress Chart shows the number of rounds, current and remaining time
- Red color for breaks, Green color for Rounds, Orange color for Round Endings
- Round intervals can be without breaks, just one interval after another
