Flashcards Deluxe is an easy to use, yet powerful flashcard app which you can use to study just about anything you want. I use this app for my own Chinese studies, and am constantly improving it to make it better for myself and others.

You can create flashcards either on your computer or directly within the app. If you don't want to make your own, you can browse and download flashcards from the app's Shared Library.

Creating cards on your computer is an easy process of making a two column list of questions and answers in a text editor or spreadsheet, copy/pasting your list into our website, and then downloading it to your device. You can also transfer flashcards using Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Docs, or even your own web server.

Excellent App but Try to Make it Sync with a Corresponding Program

First, this is a very good app!
But that would be great if this app could bi-directionally sync with any corresponding program on PC. I’m now mainly using MS OneNote to keep all my language notes in order and I like to review my notes on a window-based tablet PC or a smart phone. When I’ve remembered a phrase or word well, I’ll delete that entry in OneNote and then it automatically syncs with my PC, so that I don’t have go through all the words and phrases again and I can also keep down the size of the project. However, one great disadvantage is that I will lose my notes when I delete any pages in OneNote. I ever used SuperMemo years ago, and I like the idea of incremental learning. This app is even better that that.
I just learned this app can transfer/add cards to this app via Google Docs, Dropbox, iTunes, and USB. But why not make it easier to update cards by syncing with a PC program and users can even edit their cards on both PC and iPad . So, maybe the author can write “a program for PC for users to edit, update, and sync their cards.”
After all, typing on PC is faster and keeping notes/cards all the same in different places is also important. Then users can comfortably review their cards on the iPad!
