"改變習慣,改變人生!《HabitMinder》將利用迷你 App、相關活動畫面等有用工具來讓你持續地對自己的承諾負責,從而助你養成健康生活習慣。例如,它會提醒你做呼吸運動或一節短短的冥想,也會追蹤你的攝水量、鼓勵你做運動或去健身房等。

本 App 預設了超過 50 個健康、正面的習慣,助你輕鬆開展好習慣。當到了該完成習慣的時候時,它會立即通知你。

•【步行】最自然的動作、最美妙的運動。試著在《HabitMinder》的協助下每天步行 1 萬步,你會察覺到變化。

Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account after confirmation. Subscription automatically renewed unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed in your iTunes Account’s Settings after purchasing. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

• Fixed Apple Watch app not showing weekly habits
• Fixed issue when clearing statistics for a habit, the not done was still showing
• Main screen and statistics performance improvements
• Skipped records no longer considered in streaks calculation
• Improved speed of Export to CSV (notes will be included in the export)
• Weekly graph will mark day as not completed for weekly habit when week is near to end.

Please note: launching 2.3.3 update for the first time might take longer than expected due to performance enhancements. This task is done one time and future app launches will be as usual.

好用但仍須改進

希望能將日期加上星期幾方便辨識,另外也希望能預覽未來一週計畫,而不是只能預覽一天。

Why “running” habit has “mile” as a unit?

It should also has kilometer as unit and has some way to add distance by meter just like “watering” habit
