Thanks for taking the time to tell us about this. Our team closely reads the reviews on here, in order to keep improving the application as well as making sure we're on top of any bugs.

Why not let everyone use this app?

Im a user of ExpertClean7300 and I just found that this application requires its user to own a Sonicare premium brush first to launch the app. This is so nonsense! Oral-B’s app only limits some actual “advanced“ features for those who don’t have bluetooth connectivity brush. Philips, why don’t you use your app as a marketing tool? Forcing your users to get a premium model before using your app is such a stupid idea.
