The subtitlez are too small

Especially when I watch video with iPad, hope to adjust them.

I GIVE UP USING IT

I bought that Udemy course, “Python for beginners” because it was only US$20, and I’m on lesson 3 but I’m getting fed up with the instructor’s incredibly thick accent. Doing the first two lessons was slow going because I frequently had to rewind and repeat in spots just to understand simple words that the instructor was saying. And I got tired of watching the videos on my tiny iPhone screen so I tried to sign in to the App on my iPad, but of course it has been months since I last signed in and I don’t remember my password. The app does not give an option for “forgot your password”. What? I have never, ever used an app that did not offer a “forgot your password” option! What a ridiculous oversight!
So I tried to use the Udemy website, which appeared in Chinese because I am in Taiwan, but I found the language option at the bottom of the page and switched it to English. Then I found the website does indeed include a “forgot your password “ option, which requires a verification step to show that you are a human being and not a bot. The verification step shows up in Chinese, despite the fact that I am using the website in English, and offers me nine similar looking pictures to select from based on the instructions, which I can’t read. So I am completely locked out of using the Udemy course except on my tiny iPhone screen. Never going to use Udemy again.

It’s quite good, however…

I used this app learned several courses. Overall it’s quite good and easy to get started and use, besides I could have lots of chances to learn from different experts in different fields. However, I hope users could adjust the font size in this app, the default font size is too small for me, and for my parents. Hope the design team have chance to see my review and make some adjustments. Thanks for your hard working and attention.
