Were you a vaguely weird preteen? Did you own multiple horse shirts? (You may be entitled to compensation.) Then, like us, you might remember longing for the coveted but elusive back-to-school glow-up. You make your triumphant return from summer break—your hair is longer, you’re wearing every flavor of Lip Smackers, your crush finally notices your horse shirt. “Who is that?” your peers whisper as you glide past. The lockers part. You ascend into the sky. Or something like that.
But did we ever successfully blossom into middle school royalty? You’ll have to consult our diaries (spoiler: no). Instead, we’ve projected all that energy onto Asana, which has recently had a glow-up of its own. We redesigned headers, sort options, filters, and more for a unified and efficient layout. Now you can spend less time searching for stuff and navigate across your tasks, projects, and inbox with ease.

Asana app and product in general are amazing, and super helpful. But please return the previous icon - this da Vinci stile doesn’t suite to the modern and simple-to-use product (in my opinion).
Bad notification system
Hi. My team experienced with it issue. When u have many notifications from asana, u start open it, but when u open one notification, all others close. And i should find manually all mentions.
Emails not good too. Because it ugly, and hard to find latest messages, and i receive many mails about one task. Inbox inside app doesn’t sort not viewed messages.
Other bad thing is task sorting in my task. It just list of tasks. I need to enable sort by project to see categories of tasks.
Mess, stupid
Worst task management app ever. You want to add a team-worker to the task? No, just sending him the invitation to the task in asana via email is not enough. You will have to duplicate yourself by adding them to task manually.
Notifications are not working correctly although I’ve set up all the necessary notifications in settings of the app.
Overall the general filling - mess. Especially compared to other apps.
