I was using this great app a lot

But I’ve switched to another one just because one major thing is missing here - the infinite canvas. Consider adding it in future versions.

The other thing is the UX. It’s pretty good in general, but the drawing toolbar was bugging me a lot. There are lots of tools you rarely use but there’s not enough of what you need. I’d rather keep just pen, marker, eraser, and selection tool always visible and have some space for 5 quick colors instead of three. At least for bigger iPads.

Why I should pay for pro lifetime version one more time???

I bought the full lifetime version of this app last year. It is really very good and thoughtful. But! The way how the developers did with their old customers is extremely unpleasant. I understand that the application has become popular and it's time to say "take more". But to reset the pro version of old buyers is the edge of disrespect and charlotanism. Having flipped through the reviews earlier, I saw that there are a lot of complaints on this topic and this is a really unpleasant problem. Moreover, the developer now wants $ 29 for the pro version, which is much more expensive. It looks like a complete deception, and I think that the Apple should cut such things. I want to complain further and somehow solve this issue.

Memory leak

Come on guys! Can’t you fix memory leak? It been in your app since beginning of 2020. It is so annoying that after around 4-5 hours eraser slow as hell. Also your app has trouble with selection and the problem is that selected object disappears and in order to recover you have to select some other object, and you know how long it been there? Since 1st release of GoodNotes 5. And sync from icloud is not only SLOW but also it always fails. Shape recognition tool works bad for straight line. It seems that you don’t care about your fundamental base features. Please stop developing new ones which will be used only 20% out of time, and make stable fundamental features which are used by 80% of people.
