Description
The Hik-connect app is designed to work with Hikvision series DVRs, NVRs and IP cameras which support Cloud P2P function. It allows you to live view your cameras remotely. All you need to do is creating an account and adding device into the account, then you can enjoy the real-time video from cameras on a global scale. It also allows you to play back recorded video to search every milestone of your life. When motion detection alarm of your device triggered, you can get an instant message notification from Hik-connect app.

No more door panel live preview due to incoming call
The app stopped to show the incoming video while the phone owner didn’t answer the call. The only “Answer” swipe is present on screen. Even after swiping the button there still no video but the voice conversation has already started. And then on the second screen I have to press “Hik-Connect” button to pass through the fingerprint unlocking and follow to the Hik-Connect app with finally video preview screen. So now I can’t decide to answer or not without of live video preview. I have to make many unconvenient actions to get to the video.
Impossible to select date of playback
On iPhone se 2016 not possible to choose date of playback because it is closed by playback time layer which go over date selector. So playback time hiding date selector. Please fix it. It happens when I’m connecting to ivr. Via hik connect. Ivms 4500 does not have this issues
Broken first tab in the latest update
With the latest update, “Hik-Connect” (left-most) tab is empty on 3rd gen 2018 iPad Pro 12.9” iOS 15.2.1 while it used to show devices and favorites. As a workaround, I have to use Search feature to get to the devices but that doesn’t populate the Hik-Connect tab anyway. Please fix that.
