With the new app release, the SIM card can be managed even more easily. As of today, you can swap both a traditional SIM card and an eSIM card for an eSIM. And that’s not even all! Hi. App is nice, but i would recommend to add english language in interface for convenience of people who came to Poland for business reasons. By this improvement you will definitely expand you market auditory. Thanks and have a good day!
Application that steals your payment
I topped up my account several times and money just disappeared. Bank provided me an approval that transaction was successful from their side. Play just don’t want to resolve this issue and ignore my problem for four months. Possibility to top up an account is absent for now too, but no one cares about this. Play redirected me to PayU, PayU again to Play. But if Play is not responsible for payment, why this feature is present in application? So I highly not recommend to use this application, because this company is not interested in it’s clients and won’t provide you any help. The worst service ever.
I can't think of the worse internet provider
1) Extremely unprofessional employees.
Because of whom the simple internet installation turned into a nightmare.
2) The technician literally faked the installation papers including my signature.
3) No English localization.
4) Extremely unstable internet. In case you have zoom/google meet calls, be careful. Play is not reliable! The internet is acting up literally every single day, few times a day. Every time I go on the call I must warn people that my internet can be interrupted.
5) It's not possible to convert sim into e-sim, the app is acting up.
It's been 2 weeks since I signed the contact. And I ended up with no home internet, faked installation, faked signature, unstable mobile internet.
And mobile internet is driving me crazy. You literally won't be able to work. Because it's always reconnecting.
