Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm writing to inform you that my little niece installed this application (Voir) without my knowledge. I think she didn't know about premium subscribe. It was like a joke for her (because she always likes to use my Iphone:)

It was a mistake, I didn’t give permission to this purchase. The transaction took place only yesterday, less than 24 hours has passed. I didn't use this program, I don’t need Voir. If I had a choice, I'd rather buy another application, useful within my job.

I would be grateful if you coud help me to refund a charge and cancel my subscription.

Dear customer, please, note that subscription doesn't start automatically. You may see full info about subscription twice - on the subscription screen and during confirmation of your subscription with your Apple ID. Regarding refund, unfortunately, developers are not able to provide refunds directly so please manage your subscriptions carefully using App Store.

You are frauds!!!! I deleted your app and even after that you took my money!
Guys, do not install this app because they give a trial period and do not worn you before taking the money so you can not refuse to pay, you can not cancel subscription if you forgot that they take money in a week!!! Give me my money back!!!

Uninstall of the app doesn't cancel subscription. Please, manage your purchases in App Store app. Please, note that subscription doesn't start automatically. Moreover, you see the unified information with all the details of free trial first. You may cancel subscription any time by visiting your Profile in iTunes or App Store app. If you unsubscribe during free trial period you will not be charged.
