Gretchen Rubin is HAPPIER, and she wants you to be happier too. The #1 bestselling author of The Happiness Project and Better Than Before gets more personal than ever as she brings her practical, manageable advice about happiness and good habits to this lively, thought-provoking podcast. Gretchen’s cohost and guinea pig is her younger sister, Elizabeth Craft, a TV writer and producer living in Los Angeles, who (lovingly) refers to Gretchen as her happiness bully. Thanks
I started listening this podcast with the goal to understand native English and never was disappointed. Gretchen and Elizabeth are so energetic and positive, it’s a pleasure to listen them!
Good both for hot summer and cold winter :)
Цікавий і своїми корисними поради і просто зазирнути в життя справжніх людей в іншій країні.
Loved last episode about going to college. I was born and live in Ukraine. studied at National Polytechnic University, lived in the dorm for 5 and a half years, it was interesting and fun to compare. Everything is the same and different at the same time.
