Screen Shade allows you to control the brightness of your screen. This customizable app allows you to place a shade over your screen to reduce the strain on your eyes. Screen Shade will reduce your Mac's brightness on demand, without any risk to your activities on your computer. Screen Shade was built specifically to save on energy consumption.
Ability to display names of screens/monitors (from macOS 10.15 onwards).
The simplicity of Screen Shade will make the app extremely easy to use. All the programming is hidden behind simple light intensity sliders. Easy to use and extremely effective.
Ever have to work around people that for example are trying to sleep (hotel room) simply shade your screen and continue working without lighting up the room like a candle.
Screen Shade even allows you to control multiple screens at the same time.
