10,000 B.C. OST

To get straight to the point, this is a really great soundtrack. There are some really intense pieces in here, along with softer, more emotional ones. Every track flows very well into the next, which makes up for the fact that indidually the songs are not very long. Then there are some really great tracks with a tribal chants, drums etc in them. This really gives the soundtrack a very rustic, and somewhat primative feel - which is a great thing!

I would not recomend buying individual songs - since each one is fairly short it doesn't fit well 'out of context.' It is much better to listen to the album as a whole. If you enjoyed the film, definately buy this soundtrack. If you like well composed film scores, this should be on your list of things to get.

Music in 10,000 BC

This music is so epic and beautiful, and it fits the movie so well. Kloser and Wander are wonderful artists and this movie and soundtrack are amazing! So, let's take away that 3 1/2 stars, shall we?
