I ran my first marathon!

This album (part 3), has some of the longest, most intense runs of the program but the last few weeks taper off in intensity in preparation for running an actual marathon race. This series (Parts 1, 2 & 3) trained me to comfortably run a full marathon - something I never thought I'd be able to do. I highly recommend it. If you've completed parts 1 & 2 already, you're almost there!
