Dinah Washington's installment of the ongoing 20th Century Masters: The Millennium Collection concentrates on her pop-oriented recordings for Mercury Records. Although this doesn't make for the most comprehensive overview of her career, it works well at shining a spotlight on a particular portion of her career, and the end result is quite enjoyable on those terms.
