Bring Out the Paisley

This album features new recordings from the main 1980s bands behind the Paisley Underground scene in Los Angeles, California. The Bangles emerged as its top charters. For instance, the 80s girl band, following behind The Go-Go's, scored with "Manic Monday" from Paisley Park singer, songwriter, producer Prince. I've been hoping for a good compilation for a while but this album is not a compilation. Instead it allows each band to pick from the other 3 back catalog for a cover and in the present. This is an album you cannot afford to miss if you're interested in music that continues the tradition of garage-psychedelic sounds from the sixties, renews that tradition for the eighties, and has inspired bands ever since.

Good LP

Not sure if this is new stuff or old stuff but it's good.
