a concept that's so overdue....

Usually, the "classic" lineup and the "original" lineup are synonymous, and the further you get from that, the less popular the band becomes. Not with the Mac. Their most famous lineup came in the MIDDLE of their career (and was revived later in the career). In other words...there are SEVERAL Macs from the incredible 60s blues to trio to the more textured version of that band to the Steve Miller-esque 70s period to the big mid-to-late 70s and early 80s Rumours lineup. There were several lineups AFTER that, too, and there's a new chapter just beginning in 2018. Never before have the pre-1975 and post-1975 "best of" been mixed so well on a 2-disc compilation (there are 3 and 5 disc versions, too, I guess). This truly is the only "best of" that gives you most of the best from every era...except the 2018 lineup, I guess. If you don't own any Mac or you JUST own one or two albums and want a sampler of the entire career---this IS the best thing to own.

Excellent Fleetwood Collection.

This is the most complete collection of the band's career starting from their sixties blues sound with Peter Green and into the early seventies with Bob Welch and the later more pop oriented songs when Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham joined the band and the rest is history.

Awesome!

Great collection of songs. They need to get Lindsay back in the band.
