Cool thing with first black president and all but he had it harder.

It is hard to compare what Sam Cooke was talking about when he sang "A change is Gonna Come" to today. He and blacks in his time suffered so much more than anyone today. He was singing of not being able to go downtown to a movie and not be stared at and people telling him “don’t hang around”. We already have come great strides since then. He would have been amazed to see how far our country has come, and I believe that a Change already has come. But it took a Black man being elected to make some see this, sad in some ways because others (some black others white) have accomplished so much more than Obama has. He will of course help the black movement for equal rights but what I’m trying to say is that there have been others that have done far more than he has and he has received so much more un-needed acclimations than they have.

Change as come

Yet, those business interests didn't prevent him from being engaged in...
