LOA through and through

It's a bit more hard rock than hardcore, of course -- but I loved Broken Valley and the new single is what I want from LOA: grooving riffs, true emotion, Caputo's vocals, and just enough speed and a dash of mosh.

LOA is back!!!!

If you have never heard of Life of Agony, I will tell you this. They have evolved from their previous first two albums and yet still push the boundaries of hard rock and metal.

Brooklyn, New York's Life of Agony formed in 1989. Singer Keith Caputo, guitarist Joey Z., and bassist Alan Robert played the New York underground scene with several different drummers. They perfected their angst-filled hardcore/heavy metal hybrid along the way, obtaining a devoted audience in the process.
