Not For Everyone, But Absolutely Fantastic

The Knife bring such a different sound to the table than their previous records. The album starts off with one of my personal favorites, and maybe is the most accessible track on here, along with Without You My Life Would Be Boring. The first half of the album is the lighter side, and features a variety of instrumentation, including synths, tribal drums, flutes, and other sounds you would not expect. The second half is much darker, featuring more soundscapes and ambient cracks and hard sounds. This record will probably take at least two listen throughs to enjoy, because of its odd nature. Solid record that is a step up from The Knife's previous efforts, and I praise that. Not for everyone though, for sure. Can't wait to hear what they do next!

Yea it's different, but I like

Wacky but crazy good
