iTunes Review

The songs on If You're Going Through Hell are down-home, fun loving country rockers worthy of a punch on the jukebox during happy hour at your favorite saloon. The title track is an inspired and uplifting twang-pop ditty offering some aggressive advice. "Cleaning This Gun (Come On In Boy)" jokes about frightening your daughter's new boyfriend into bringing her home at a reasonable hour.

If You're Going Through Hell

Now THIS is PURE country, and it's ALL good. Nice, clear voice that delivers messages and stories, draws out laughter and tears, tugs on heart strings and stirs up an inner pride that says, "Yep, proud to be country . . . and tickled pink country music got Rodney Atkins." Now, that's what I'm talkin' about. He nails it! He's one of our people and he did us proud.

Worth every cent!

You will not be disappointed in this purchase! Rodney's sophomore album is sure to be a hit. First off the title cut off this album is an anthem that anyone can call their own who has to handle some of lifes hardships and faced them head on and won or for that person who needs that helping hand to help pull them through. As for the rest of the album, it's a mixture of humor, pride, traditions, hardships, heartbreak and finding your way through it all and most of all LOVE. This allbum offers love in every sense of the word. It's worth every cent!
