Reinvented, rebranded, renamed and remarkable

This album completely reintroduces you to Ken Oak and Ed Gorski. If you weren't familiar with the Ken Oak Band, they were already playing behind the scenes in Santa Monica, Hollywood, and a living staple of Los Angeles in general. What you have now is a duo of two extremely talented artists who paint you a completely different picture of what you may have heard and seen from their previous two albums, Symposium and Vienna to Venice. I have my favorites off this album -- from Little Miss Blue to Turn of Events and Steady Heart, which really stand out with the epic hooks for me. The part you can always count on with what these two deliver is polish to their material and give an awesome live performance. It's honest, well crafted, and original material. A recommended listen to anyone.

Polish on something that was already great

I've loved ken oak band for awhile. listen to them all the time in Santa Monica and code away the days listening to their albums. This newer album is very polished. It has a better recording quaility to it and the band is clearly in their groove. this is "listen all day" music. just the kind I like.
