Can I be honest for a sec...

Ok so... Yes I am a BSB fan I've supported everything they have done as a group and solo and always will BUT there comes a time where ya just gotta be real and honest and this is one of those times. I wanted to give Nick a 5 star rating I really did but to be real I didn't think this was his best. I know what he can do and for me this just wasn't at his level. To me this album felt and sounded rushed and in gonna go out on a limb and say it was his managements fault for pushing this album out so fast. Like in general I love each song but I just don't think it all fit for this type of album. The first two songs are fantastic but throwing in a bunch of ballads with 2 Rock vibe songs just doesn't sit well (in my opinion). I thought Nick was gonna wait a bit more record some more stuff then release this but from what I'm listening to it honestly sounds like he just through a bunch of songs he recorded and shoved it in a record and called it all American. I love Nick to death but I know this wasn't what he really wanted to put out and if we the fans ever made you feel like you had to rush you really didn't. I love these songs don't get me wrong but I think they would have been better for a different type of album. I will continue to support you and come to your shows and all of that but just wanted to express my true feelings.

He's Done It Again!

Nick has always been an exceptional singer and his lyrics are amazing. Love the variety of the songs, too. My favorites are 'Get Over Me' 'Second Wind' and '19 in 99' so far. Can't wait for this to drop to get a full listen.

Best Nick Carter Solo Yet!

When Nick was describing this album before it was released, he said it was "beachy" and BOY did he nail the description! I love EVERY song on this album..not a single skipped song on the whole thing! Of all of Nick's solo attempts, this album is the most HIM. His vocals are on point, as always. He sounds AMAZING! It also showcases his growth as a writer. He definitely knocked this one out of the park. My favorites are Get Over Me, Horoscope, Tijuana (THIS is my JAM!), and Second Wind and 19 In 99 but I really like the album as a whole. He should be extremely proud of this album and I can't wait to hear how these songs translate on stage! Well done Nick!
