Album Review

The last Fat Boys LP to make any noise, this sixth Sutra release proved their second most successful album, peaking at 33 and earning them their last gold record. It piggybacked on the success of "Louie Louie," their last chart single. They did try to adjust to changing audience demands, cutting "Rock The House, Y'All" and "Powerlord," but The Fat Boys' strength remained novelty numbers and weight-based raps like "Big Daddy" and "Pig Feet," which had lost almost all their popularity.

Coming Back Hard by Fat Boys

I love this album alot. I am kind of a big fan of the Fat Boys. I just don't know why it was marked w/an ''EXPLICIT'' sign. This album is supposed to be a clean album and it is. I think you made a big mistake when you put ''EXPLICIT.'' Can you change this explicit to clean.

Thank you kindly,

Jeremy Brooks

About Time

I've been waiting a long time for iTunes to finally get some of the Fat Boy's albums, I absolutely loved them when I was in high school. The prices for any of their albums on ebay are just outrageous. But I do suggest that iTunes needs to recheck the album covers on this one and Crushin'. This one is deffiantely wrong since its the cover for their first album not this one, the Crushin' one might be an updated version buts its deffinately not the original. Also I agree with Jeremy can you please take out the explicit signs on their albums none of their songs had explicit lirics.

Wrong artwork

This is a great album, but I would appreciate it if iTunes had the correct artwork for the album. The artwork that is displayed is for the Fat Boys' self-titled LP, "Fat Boys". Please fix this iTunes!!!!!!!!

One of early rap's most successful acts, the Fat Boys parlayed a combined weight of over 750 pounds into a comic novelty act that sustained them through several albums and hit singles. Originally known as the Disco 3, Brooklynites Mark "Prince Markie Dee" Morales, Damon "Kool Rock-Ski" Wimbley, and Darren "Buff the Human Beat Box" Robinson won a talent contest at Radio City Music Hall in 1983, thanks in part to Robinson's talent for using his mouth to improvise hip-hop rhythms and a variety of sound...
