EDITORS’ NOTES

The UK metallers pulverize all before them on a politically charged seventh album. Described by vocalist Sam Carter as the result of his band “leaving everything we had in the studio,” the Brighton five-piece ratchet up the intensity without sacrificing their gift for melodic atmospherics and anthemic choruses. It’s a record lit by rare fury—“Nihilist” and “Downfall” stand out among the arsenal of blistering polemics—while the band’s potential feels realized on dazzling, colossal closer “Memento Mori.”

Just may top their last album, which I didn't think was possible. Based off of the single this will be a solid album.

Best album ever
