This album rules!

It is the best Brainstorm album and the hardest to find. But, of course, you've got Itunes. The singer has a wicked screech, and when he's not stuck in the high pitch range (like he is on some of his other albums), he is good. Maharajah Palace, which you will want to rename DEEP! DARK! PALACE! was immediately my favorite (along with its intro, Darkest Silence) Because of its Maidenesque middle eastern twang. Arena and Crush depth are the other battery assaults, but there are also a couple of good ballads. This album is easy to get into because it is very catchy but it is also very heavy. I am surprised that it is not more popular. I couldn't even find it at CD World, which has a huge metal section.


My favorite tracks are "Arena" and "Maharaja Palace".

They sound great on my twin JL subs in my truck. :D

German heavy metal band Brainstorm was formed in 1989 by guitarists Torsten Ihlenfeld and Milan Loncaric, and drummer Dieter Bernert, and quickly set about recording their first demo, "Hand of Doom."
