Album Review

Mark C. Petersen and the Geodesium name are synonymous with planetarium space music. With the latest album of Geodesium, Petersen takes his space-based musical stylings into an atmospheric realm of arid deserts, bleached sandstone, and ancient temples. The music on this album was originally composed for two planetarium show soundtracks: "The Cosmic Climate Connection," which theorized on the disappearance of the Anasazi, and "The Aztec Skywatchers," which explored the culture of the world of Montezuma. This album has a native, space, and world sound to it.
