A treasure trove of Sea Shanties and Americana

As someone who grow up listening to sea shanties being sung communally, I've been yearning to find an album that comes close to recreating that experience. The Revels have done a damn good job of coming close. They're clearly a tight knit group that have the credentials to pull off these classics. This is a large and diverse album, but there's a few songs that alone make it worth buying:

The Leaving of Liverpool
Lady Franklin's Lament
Rolling Down to Old Maui
Rolling Home to Old New England
The Last Leviathan

Absolutely chilling renditions that take me back when I close my eyes. "The Last Leviathan" is especially eerie, and damned if it won't give you goosebumps. Don't pass up this great album.
