Funky Japan

Hard to believe nobody has rate or reviewed this album yet...

If you love funk music, you will find a lot to like from this outfit. I personally love the hard-hitting title track the best, and their cover of James Brown's "Mother Popcorn" is also an interesting detour.

This has become a mainstay in my funk rotation, ever since I was directed to it from my love of fellow Japanese funksters Mountain Mocha Kilimanjaro. Definitely worth a listen for those who enjoy funk from off the beaten path!
