Saw these guys in the late 90's, early 2000's. whether in a theater or in a small coffee shop , always played with the same energy with their distinctive style. Can't believe they didn't go further . Lots of great songs.

If you do not own this album, what have you been waiting for!!!!

If you have just recently discovered these guys then this is the album to start with. I've been listening to these guys for 20 years and they have NEVER disappointed! Like I have said in other reviews, just let the album play and enjoy. There is not a bad song on the album but a few that are tops for this listening veteran are Ore Hill, Song for a River, and Gwendolyn. For the veteran fan of the Badlees, these are classic. For the beginners, you will be happy with the top 40 hits Angeline, Fear of Falling, and Gwendolyn. Ultimately this album should be in your collection!!

Central Pennsylvania's best kept secret

Saw them numerous times around Harrisburg area. Always thought they would/should break out big. Really fun live , lead singer had charisma like nobody's business and a great performer. Solid intelligent songs. What a tough tough business. Even a video with Julianne Margulis didn't help.
