Eef is Great!

Eef Barzelay from the band Clem Snide is a rare treat. The music is textured and awesome, but wait until you catch all his amazing lyrics as you find yourself singing along. This recording reminds me a bit more of Clem Snide than his other solo projects and it's wonderful!

I also saw Eef open for Ben Folds, and I found it to be a highly energetic one-man show. This album seems to take that energy to the next level with a full band sound and Eef's unique, biting lyrics. If you don't like the opening act, don't get your panties in a wad because you're about to wet yourself waiting for Ben Folds. Go get a Coke and chill out. If you were really a fan of Ben Folds you would know that he wouldn't like you disrespecting his guest.

This is what great music sounds like.
