EDITORS’ NOTES

More trauma and travails with the magnetic Detroit MC. Like XXX and Old before it, Atrocity Exhibition plays like a nightmare with punchlines, the diary of a hedonist who loves the night as much as he hates the morning after. “Upcoming heavy traffic/say ya need to slow down, ’cause you feel yourself crashing,” Brown raps on “Ain’t it Funny,” a feverish highlight. “Staring the devil in the face but ya can’t stop laughing.”

Parental Advisory: Explicit Lyrics.

Sensational

In a genre that is extremely over-saturated with people claiming to be musical geniuses, it's extremely refreshing to find a rapper who actually seems to be experimenting and pushing the boundaries of hip hop. Love him or hate him, it's impossible to deny that nobody does it like Danny Brown.

Another great installation

Danny brown imo really out does himself with this album. Tracks like ain't it funny, white lines, and today really show how crazy Danny brown's style has formed. Also very few features, bruh is rocking this album front to back. Production is also really well done. 9/10
