Work in Progress

Sorry, but I can't give this a high recommendation. Yes, some of the instrumental sections are attractive - but they also seem formative. And, please, I hope they do something about the vocals. I suppose the potential is there, based on the musicianship ... but after spending the money to take a chance on this release, I can't say it is something I will listen to very often. If you like this "throwback" kind of sound, my best advice - if you want to give this band a try - is just purchase tracks 4 & 5, and if you are still enamored with it, then maybe you'll like the entire release. I just think the vocals pretty much bring down the effort - luckily you don't get a chance to experience it in those 2 tracks.

This record transforms me to another world, especially when listened to on headphones. The music is EXCELLENT and I really like the vocals, they suit the music. The guy has a unique voice so I guess it's like an aquired taste.

Candlemass fans?

The album cover is precisely the same as Candlemass' Ancient Dreams(Could be an Itunes fluke). If they did w/o the vocals I would be more keen on purchasing entire album.
