iTunes Review

Miranda Lambert is known for being a renegade, unafraid to let it all hang out—and this is probably her loosest album of all. She makes Platinum a party, opening up her door to a host of talented friends, including Little Big Town on the slow-rolling, R&B-flavored "Smokin' and Drinkin'" and Carrie Underwood on the blues-rocking roof-raiser "Somethin' Bad." And whether she's delivering a honky-tonk ode to aging, like "Gravity Is a B**ch," or the wry, folky anthem of anachronism "Old Shit," Lambert sounds supremely comfortable in her own skin.

only good is something bad.

disappointed with this album.. usually a fan of Miranda and I am an advocate for women in country music. The only good song on this album is Somethin' Bad with the powerhouse Carrie Underwood. Automatic is okay.. but nothing to blow my mind.

Never Let's me down!!!!!!!!!!

Just like every other album she has released this album is just as impressive! Such an artist! Bravo Miranda!!!!!

This is Somethin' Bad...

I mean this album is ok... She doesn't need to be cussing in her songs at all it's totally pointless to me. But "Automatic", "Somethin' Bad" and "Little Red Wagon" are good. Automatic is real and totally true to what's going on these days, where everything is either electronic or (no pun intended) automatic. Very nice.
Somethin' Bad is just plain catchy. Miranda and Carrie are the BEST duet ever! And It's just a very different song and is new every time you hear it even though it may have been the billionth time you have. I was very impressed! Love!!
Little Red Wagon... Oh my goodness😂😂😂😂 it is hilarious! The lyrics are funny and perfect for this song and I just liked to see her write about something no one else has so far. But other than that, the rest of her songs are really no good to me. Only buy those three if unless you don't mind language.

Miranda Lambert defied all conventional notions of how a credible country career should proceed. Following an adolescence where she alternated between singing and acting, she came to prominence not as the winner but as a runner-up on the 2003 American Idol knockoff Nashville Star, a dubious stepping stone to stardom if ever there was one, but Lambert's 2005 Kerosene obliterated any notion that she was a reality TV refugee. Filled with lithe, powerful, neo-traditional country songs, many penned by...
