Lots of little bits

I've played these variations and have listened to several artists perform them. They are both wonderful and a pianistic beast at the same time. I have also listened to a considerable amount of Loussier with great appreciation. The task of jazzing up the Goldberg V. is huge and a little different for Loussier. He has only a minute or two to put his stamp on each variation. For a jazz artist, this short period of time leaves very little opportunity for improvised development -- it is like sitting in an excellent restaurant and eating only the appetizers -- and very small ones at that. Absolute delightful to your ears!

Great work! I downloaded the whole album :)
