This Test Department retrospective looks at the pioneering British industrial group's early-'90s period, which found it transitioning to electronica and techno-influenced sounds while protesting such issues as America's war with Iraq. It includes previously unavailable singles, remixes, and edits, and marks the band's debut for Cleopatra. Legacy was issued by Jungle in the U.K., where it featured alternate cover art.
