Customer Reviews

Enfin!

I'm glad to see iTunes US make available Julien Doré's two French albums, Ersatz and Bichon. Both are wonderful in song quality and musical production. Doré hasn't received as much attention in the English-speaking world (yet), but I think he's a performer to watch out for, whether he continues to sing primarily in French or sings more in English.

Recommended from Bichon--"Baie des Anges," "Kiss Me Forever," "BB Baleine," "L'été," "Vitriol," and "Miami," which show off the diversity of his sound and songwriting.

I just wish my French was at a level where I could understand the lyrics better, but I'm a firm believer that you can enjoy music even without being able to understand every (or even any) word. Most of the world does that already.
