Great music, bad bonus tracks

I once had this album on vinyl, and consider it one of the finest classical performances ever recorded. It is, to me, the definitive Beethoven's 5th, and any other recordings feel like I'm listening to a cover band singing my favorite song poorly. Orchestral performance is flawless, and the sound quality is perfect, especially considering the age of this recording.
Unfortunately the additional tracks are a mishmash of German, French and some English - often talking over each other simultaneously. I was expecting the same insightful commentary that was on my old record, so this was a big disappointment. If you just want the music, though, this can not be beat.

An explanation of the bonus tracks.

I have the original vinyl of this album, and it is fantastic! Bernstein breathes amazing life in this symphony that an American orchestra has not even matched in a long time. That is, until MTT's version with SF. The spoken commentary here is in four languages, yes, but if you notice, all languages are in mono. It says on the box things like English-left channel, and German-right channel. You need only one earphone in to listen to the language you prefer. You won't ever be sorry if you buy this album.

Reupload!!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS UNTIL iTunes REUPLOADS THE SPOKEN WORD TRACKS!!!!!
