One of my Favorites!
This is perhaps the best instrumental album that I have ever heard. If this were a tape, I would have worn it out by now. The combination of the three musicians creates a sound unlike any other. While the first album was really good, this is by far a better album. Even though I am a classic rock nut, 1B is the most played song on my iTunes. BUY THIS ALBUM. It might just keep your milk from spoiling.
Just plain great music
Three of the most groundbreaking musicians working with a classical muse but daring to expand the music's possibilities here collaborate once again on an album that sounds even more focused, joyful, and burningly creative than its predecessor, the delightful "Appalachia Waltz". This is an album of nothing but highlights and with a good balance of the many stylistic impulses that guide their music. Proof that both classical and folk music still have a lot of vitality left to them and that good music, regardless of style or genre, is really just the result of passionate, talented people having fun together and setting out to create works of true beauty, power, or meaning.
urban yet classic
this is some of the best written and played music. there are songs that express and show-of each individual instrument. im a little confused why the album is only partial. i bought the cd and i reccomend doing that so you can listen to the missing songs. they are really good. i can't get the album cover to download either. i tried everything and it just won't work. oh well. it still rocks!!!!!!!
