Great all the way!

Some fast ones, happy ones, a few slow. All are great. Some of the lyrics alone might be worth framing as great thoughts and poetry.
As always they sing straight from the heart.
IMO every bit as good as any other album.

im not singing along at all....

and that makes me truly sad...I have been listening to the souls for over ten years, every single album they have put out has been an automatic buy, n the Gold Record was no different...But this album just makes me wish they would bring back How I Spent My Summer Vacation...Im sorely disappointed this time cuz to me this IS NOT punk rock...its great material for what it is, i just wish that it had come from anybody else other than the souls...I will LOVE them until my dying day, they are members of an elite few who know what it means to be true believers and I hold a very, very special place in my heart for all 4 of them....They are just the coolest dudes far 1 of my top 3 fav punk bands of all time, n i wish i could say i would support this, but i just cant...Sorry Bryan, Pete...This one wasn't really what I was looking for, hope to catch up with you guys again on the next one....

what the hell happened to the bouncing souls?!!

This was my favorite band for a very very long time. I grew up listening to this band. This band was my life. But somehow along the way they just sort of lost their edge. Maybe its when they switched drummers; I don't know. But sad sad sad. Every album since it seems like they lose some of their energy.

The Bouncing Souls started out in 1987 with the intention of playing loud fast three-chord party music around their native New Jersey; besides, it gave them something to do while they were in high school. Upon graduation and after years of struggling to find a label to release their records, friends Greg Attonito (vocals), Pete Steinkopf (guitar), Bryan Kienlen (bass), and Shal Khichi (drums) got some money together and — in true D.I.Y. fashion — formed Chunksaah Records in 1993.
