pretty good songs on here. U cannot go wrong with the Leon Sylvers production.

Great But Could've Been Even Better.

Shalamar's 1980 LP finally makes it to the download world, and bring with it some great bonus tracks and even some original versions that were replaced back in the LP's hey day when later pressings were released. Two such songs were "Second Time Around" and "Right In The Socket". While the original version of "Second" reappears here as well as it's original Extended Version counter part, and yet a thrid version which was released in the late 80's. The original version of "Socket" remains available only on the early pressings of the vinyl LP before the remix (track 3) began appearing on later pressings. Now there was yet a second remix for the song (track 9) which came out on a greatest hits LP back in 1987. This remix is inferior to the glorious 6 min+ mix. The addition of the original version would have been a great addition as it has an addition l verse and a great ballad style intro.
