Old Style of Casual Affair, Innovation of Head on Straight

I've loves this band since their begining. They write very relatable lyrics, with great instrumental and guitar. They have the ability to pump you up, and follow it up by an excellent bald. No question mind, bought it at one in the morning. THIS IS MY FIRST iTunes Review ever! That's how serious I am about this band!

Brilliance Returns!

Emerson Hart, Jeff Russo & Dan Lavery finally return to release their eponymous-titled fourth studio album! Hart recent studio album, "Cigarettes & Gasoline" was a remarkable solo album when released in 2007 and has kept my musical appetite at bay until the boys returned. This album is sure to please any fan of the band. The album has a way of making you feel as if the band is progressing as if their time away is a figment of your imagination. The first notes of the album on the track "Release" immediately gives you a sense of comfort of listening to an old familiar friend. It definitely harkens back to the debut album with the acoustic driven rhythms. "Send A Message" lends itself to "Queen" from the album, Sugar. "Torn to Pieces" is a sister to "Liar" from the album, Head On Straight. Rest assured- Tonic has not forgotten their roots, but they have evolved their signature sound and this album will be a mainstay in your playlist!

After gigging around Los Angeles, the foursome signed with A&M Records. For the recording of their debut album, producer Jack Joseph Puig (Jellyfish, the Black Crowes) gave Tonic a decidedly rootsy feel, with the addition of lap steel and mandolin. The album, titled Lemon Parade, was released in July 1996. After replacing...
