thank god for the Melvins

Thanks to my favorite band in the whole universe (THE MELVINS) I discovered a punk rock jazzy intstumentalist group called Godzik Pink. They played a short interlude on the amazing Crybaby album. I bought this album of enlightening scattered jazz diddy's after hearing it. This stuff is real simple and really groovy. It doesn't seem like their trying to follow any kind of tone or pattern, just making these quirky numbers into something special. The title cut is so moving it's sick. Too bad more people don't know about this stuff. Like I said, LISTEN TO THE MELVINS and your bound to find something else just as good.
