The Woods are Lovely, Dark and Deep

The soundtrack to 'Blair Witch' says otherwise. Director Adam Wingard's soundtrack proves that the woods are dark and deep, but certainly not-so-lovely. It shows that not all horror movies need a loud orchestration of strings and horns to startle it's audience. The ominous themes provide an organic atmosphere for it's listener. A minimalist score that descends into the dark ambience of nature. Each track echoes the eerie sounds of Antonio Cora's theme "The Cellar", featured at the end of "The Blair Witch Project". It's the perfect music to listen to when you want to get lost in the woods of your mind.

Creepy

I downloaded this album because I loved the movie and I am always looking for scary music to add for my October playlist. This isn’t exactly music per se but the blended sound effects make for a creepy atmosphere. I love it.

Really creepy eerie sound.

It's good but I wish it came with the Cellar from the end of The Blair Witch Project.
