What an Album

I've been listening to Ghost Beach ever since I first heard "Miracle" a couple years back, and have eagerly listened to every single they've dropped since then. While this album only has two songs I haven't heard before, I'm really happy to see the duo finally release a full-length collection. Their music is fun, laid-back, and impossible to dislike. I hesitate to label it "alternative" or "indie" and I strongly disagree with iTunes' Imagine Dragons likening. Ghost Beach is so much better and more original. I hope they achieve some success in the mainstream with this album, cause it's a masterpiece.

My favorite songs would have to be "Miracle", "Moon Over Japan", "Close Enough", "Without You", and "First Time", although every single one is great in its own right. For anyone looking for other chill/fun music, check out Chromeo, Architecture in Helsinki, and C2C.

Hope to catch these guys on tour soon - come back to Boston!
