Classic Pre-Funk

This Is One Of Those Records You Just Keep On Listening To. If You Hear One Song You Want To Hear Them All. You Can Tell It Was Instrumental In The Birth Of Funk. Trust Me, You Want This Album.

I am a fan of Booker T. & The M.G.s and have bought almost every CD I can find. This album is as good as the others and if you like funk then you will appreciate the groovy riffs in most of this group’s songs. I started out with Hip Hug Her and then Green Onions. After that I couldn’t stop. I have been listening to Booker T. & The M.G.s since 1968.
