Customer Reviews

Ehhh.

This is a very over-rated CD, the only worthy songs are Nappyheads Remix & Vocab, and even this version of Vocab is C-grade. They were a mainly radical militant group with hard rap style, then they completely revamped their flow & style after the success of the Salaam Remi remix of Nappyheads. Listen to the original version, it's horrible, as you can tell by the popularity of only the 2 previous named songs being downloaded most. The Salaam Remi remix of Vocab is so much better than this one. To me Fugees owe a lot of their success to Salaam Remi, he is the never mentioned major influence of their sound.

Some thought we were blunted...

You will not be disappointed. Masterpiece.

Old School Hip Hop Reggae
